Gentle Chamomile Facial Toner

With terpene bisabolol, a natural pain and inflammation reliever, chamomile balances troubled skin, easing discomfort and redness. Make a new batch of this toner every few days so you always have some on hand.
1 cup water
1 handful dried chamomile flowers or 3 handfuls fresh chamomile flowers
1.In a small saucepan, combine the water and chamomile. On high heat, bring to a boil.
2.Reduce the heat to low and simmer the chamomile for 15 minutes or until the volume of the water has been reduced by about half.
3.Cool completely and strain the chamomile infusion into a glass jar.
4.To apply the solution, soak a cotton ball and spread a thin layer over your freshly washed face.
5.Let the toner dry naturally before applying your favorite moisturizer.
6.Use once or twice daily. Store in the refrigerator.
Lavender–Aloe Vera Moisturizer

STORAGE: SMALL GLASS JAR
TIME: 5 MINUTES
Lavender and aloe vera make an extremely effective healing duo with their natural antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and soothing power. Keep this oil-free moisturizer refrigerated if you use fresh aloe vera gel rather than the pre-packaged kind.
2 tablespoons alcohol-free aloe vera gel
8 drops lavender essential oil
1.In a small bowl, add the aloe vera gel and lavender essential oil. Using a whisk or fork, mix until thoroughly blended.
2.Transfer the moisturizer to a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
3.Using your fingertips, apply a thin layer of moisturizer to your face, neck, and chest.
4.Let it absorb completely before applying any other products.
5.Use once or twice daily.
