With major burning, bloating, and other painful symptoms, heartburn and indigestion can cause serious discomfort, disrupting your daily routine or keeping you from getting the sleep you need. These teas are no magic cure for the condition, but they’ll provide incredible relief from the symptoms. That said, see your doctor if you suffer from these problems frequently, as a serious underlying medical problem could be to blame.
