Breakups stink so let’s not pretend there are any easy cures for a broken heart. The best TLC often comes by indulging in life’s healthier luxuries like ripe (organic) strawberries, a little dark chocolate, and plenty of one-on-one time with your best friends. In the meantime, soothe your mood by treating your body and mind to an aromatherapy bath with essential oils that help bring emotional healing.
Lavender–Bergamot Bath Salt
YIELD: 1 TREATMENT

TIME: 30 MINUTES
When blended, florally scented lavender and citrusy bergamot essential oils both miraculously chill you out and uplift your mood.
½ cup Epsom salt, sea salt, or Himalayan salt
1 tablespoon sunflower or olive oil
4 drops lavender essential oil
6 drops bergamot essential oil
1.In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
2.Draw a warm bath.
3.Add the bath salt and allow it to dissolve.
4.Spend 30 minutes soaking while breathing deeply.
