It’s normal to feel like you’re on a roller coaster of tumultuous emotions after losing a job. Herbs aren’t a magic elixir that can simply erase the anger, vulnerability, pain, or fear, but they can help you deal with the aftershock and reduce your stress. A clear head gives you the focus and empowerment you need to move forward in a productive, confident way.
