Fresh parsley can bring relief quickly by eliminating excess water weight. Try this infusion instead of nibbling on this flavorful herb all day.
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1¼ cups water
1.In a small saucepan, add the parsley to the water. Bring to a boil.
2.Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes.
3.Strain into a mug, using the back of a spoon to press the liquid from the parsley before discarding it.
4.Drink 1 cup up to 3 times daily while getting your digestive system back on track.
