The occasional food binge won’t kill you, but it will make you feel sluggish almost immediately and for hours after the eating fest. Reenergize by drinking plenty of water or hot tea until your digestive system returns to normal. Chamomile and ginger are just some of the well-known herbs that can ease the symptoms of overeating. For a savory alternative, try this parsley infusion.
