This rejuvenating hit of rosemary, bergamot, basil, and peppermint will increase your energy level and motivate you to get things done. For extra staying power, hide the remote control.

6 drops bergamot essential oil

3 drops basil essential oil

3 drops peppermint essential oil

3 drops rosemary essential oil

1.Drip all the essential oils onto a washcloth.

2.Place the washcloth in the shower, away from the drain.

3.Spend 10 to 15 minutes showering while breathing in the invigorating aroma.
