PART 3. THE REMEDIES
MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS
Mild depression impacts your mood, making it difficult, and many days impossible, for you to enjoy daily activities. Herbal remedies can lift your spirits and sharpen your thinking while helping to increase your interest in the things that are important to you. They can also help you stay alert during the day and sleep better at night. If these remedies don’t help, talk to your doctor about other treatment options.
