Sneezing, stuffy sinuses, watery eyes, and other allergy symptoms are part of your body’s unique immune response to substances that are not normally harmful. These remedies can be used alone or alongside other alternative or conventional treatments. Start using them as soon as you notice discomfort, and take preventative measures to limit your exposure to allergens. Closing windows and using air purifiers are two helpful steps to take.
